President Clinton makes the honor roll for protecting the nations remaining old growth forests and forests without roads, but gets low marks for enforcing endangered species laws, according to a Eugene conservations group. Bush Pacific Rivers Council conservation director David Bayles said the group will use the scorecard as a "benchmark" for measuring the future environmental record of Bush.
