Hilary Shohoney

Hilary joined Pacific Rivers staff in August of 2016.

It is Hilary’s job to make sure that people know about all of the amazing work that Pacific Rivers is doing. Prior to joining Pacific Rivers, Hilary worked for Oregon Chapter of the Sierra Club helping to engage the grassroots for change right here in Oregon. Born in Detroit, but raised primarily on the Snake River in Idaho, the Pacific Northwest and all its waterways are near and dear to Hilary. She has seen first hand what water means to rural communities as well as urban ones. She is an avid paddler and most evenings you can find her paddling the Willamette or hiking through one of our iconic forests.
